How to return an order?

If you have just placed an order and wish to cancel it, contact our customer service immediately. Due to our fast processing, cancellation is not guaranteed. If accepted, the refund will be made within 14 days.

Once the request is accepted, you will receive the return address. Do not send anything without prior instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective (refund upon official proof from the postal service or the carrier).

If your package arrives damaged or if the security seal is broken, contact our customer service immediately. A photo will be requested. Once the issue is confirmed, a free replacement will be sent. Damaged products should be discarded as a precaution.
